We normally attach a sticker on the bottom of our netis product and it shows its software version and hardware version. After a series of updates, there are now two formats of the sticker. Now by using our product WF2409E as an example below, you can tell the difference easily.

Format One: 

If there is a "V4" in the top right corner of the sticker on your netis product, it means the hardware version of the product is V4, but not the software version. You can visit the netis download center (https://www.netis-systems.com/support/downinfo.html) to find out the corresponding software version.

Format  Two:

• "H/W Ver.: V4" indicates that the hardware version of the product is V4.
• "F/W Ver.: V3" indicates that the software version of the product is V3.0.
