What can I do if my wireless connection always drops?

Please make sure your netis router can access to Internet.

1. Check if your wired connection will drop or not. If yes, go to step2, if not, go to step3.

2. Connect your computer to your ISP line without router, and check if it will drop or not. If yes, it should be your ISP problem, if not, go on next steps.

If your router’s WAN Connection Type is DHCP(Dynamic), just put your ISP line into your computer’s Ethernet port, and set computer to obtain IP address automatically.

If your router’s WAN Connection Type is Static IP, put your ISP line into your computer’s Ethernet port and set static IP for your computer.

If your router’s WAN Connection Type is PPPoE, please creat a new PPPoE connection on your computer, and enter the user name and password.
