netis Clarification for Routers Backdoor Issue

Hereby netis do appreciate all technical experts and media to bring out recent backdoor concern to our attention, and make the following clarification:

Firstly, for Small Office Home Office working environment, netis routers have enough security level to protect our customers.

Secondly, the issue is due to full testing procedure in manufacture. We are releasing new firmware for each relevant model and will complete by Sep. 5th on our official website ( http://www.netis-systems.com/en/Downloads/ ) to remove any potential threats completely.
